3) Made-to-order fulfilment (Tapstitch)

Many SMOKKII HOUSE items are made to order through our production partner.

Estimated fulfilment window: approximately 3–4 weeks from production start to delivery arrival.
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary due to production queues, supply, shipping, or factors outside our control.

4) Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy (published separately on the Website).
In short: we prioritise making things right if your item arrives faulty, and other return requests may be considered case-by-case.

5) Intellectual property

Everything on the Website (brand name, logos, monograms, designs, visuals, text, layout, and content) belongs to SMOKKII HOUSE or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
